Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We taking new clients for individual and couple therapy at Shiloh, as well as psychological assessment. Though Dr. Clay currently has a waitlist, all of our other therapists have immediate openings.

  • We utilize a variety of scientific based approaches for adults, kids, pre-teens, and teens, and Gottman Method Couple Therapy (GMCT) with couples. For those that have experienced infertility or reproductive loss, Clay utilizes the Reproductive Story method.

  • At Shiloh, we do not currently take insurance. However, we can provide you with a super bill at the end of the month for potential reimbursement.

  • Once we establish a time for our initial session, you will enter your payment information electronically through Simple Practice (a link will be provided for you). On the day of your appointment, your card/account will be charged. Simple Practice makes all forms and payment easy, so you can focus on your goals in therapy.

    Clay’s current fees are: $150 per 50 minute session for individual therapy, $170 per 50 minute session for couple therapy (or $200 for 75 minute couple therapy sessions), and between $1500 to $1800 for psychological assessment based on types of testing required. A reduced individual/couple therapy rate is offered to individuals and couples going through IVF.

    Both Blair and Jeff have current fees are $140 per 50 minute session.

    Katie, Missy, and Kylie have current fees are $120 per 50 minute session. Katie and Missy have select spaces for a sliding scale.

  • We are available for online virtual therapy as well as in-person therapy. Shiloh is conveniently located at Kehr’s Mill Road and Clayton Road, in the same building as The Wolf Cafe. You can find Shiloh at: 15480 Clayton Road, Ballwin, in Suite 101.

Initial Consent/Appointment

You will be sent electronic privacy notices for therapy and consent for therapy/assessment prior to our initial appointment. All you have to do from there is electronically sign the consent and arrive for your appointment (either virtually or physically at Shiloh’s office in Ballwin). We’ll then work together for a treatment/assessment plan.
